TOKYO & HO CHI MINH CITY, Jan. 26, 2026 — Prometech Software Inc. (Headquarters: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Takahiko Suzuki), a leading developer of particle-based simulation technology, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a Strategic Distributorship Agreement with SDE Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; Representative: Nguyen Huu Phuoc; “SDE TECH”).

SDE TECH has a strong local customer network, extensive expertise in simulation technologies, and an advanced technical support organization. Through this agreement, Prometech will establish a comprehensive sales and support framework in Vietnam and accelerate the expansion of its particle-based fluid simulation software, “Particleworks,” and its discrete element method (DEM)-based simulation software, “Granuleworks,” throughout the Southeast Asian market.
